Since everyone has individual needs and goals, each consultation is personalized for you. The first session typically takes 1 hour. Diana will gain information about your nutritional history, medical concerns, and desired outcomes. You will collaborate and work at a pace that feels comfortable for you to set realistic and achievable goals. Clients usually return for weekly 45 minute follow-up sessions to review what has been working, aspects for continued improvement and planning for the upcoming week.
