I’m the owner of LIN and a Registered Dietitian specializing in the treatment of eating disorders and subclinical disordered eating. I provide individualized consultations that focus on more than just nutrition information, but rather the support to help clients improve their relationship with food and body image. I have been working in the field for 12 years and am grateful to have counselled hundreds of diverse individuals through a weight inclusive framework. I am passionate and devoted to all of our LIN clients, ensuring that they feel supported and inspired throughout their journey.
I completed my dietetic internship and Master's of Science in Clinical Nutrition through the New York University and Bronx Veterans Affairs Medical Center program. I have since worked as the program director of an intensive outpatient eating disorder program as well as the director of nutrition for a nationwide eating disorder recovery program. Ultimately, Life Inspired Nutrition has truly been my life’s work. I love building authentic connections with my clients in the private practice setting and pride myself on offering a warm, compassionate, and grounded approach.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, visiting my hometown on the East Coast, making people laugh, and dancing. In the last couple of years, I have begun exploring my identities and many privileges more deeply. I identify as a cis-gendered (pronouns are she/her/hers), straight, white, thin, Jewish woman and these aspects have woven my life experiences, which impacts client care. I seek out diversity consultation, books, podcasts and advocacy opportunities to build upon my awareness. In doing so, I have been humbled to open my eyes to the extreme inequities in the dietetics field, as most dietitians look like me and share similar experiences. I believe strongly that it is the responsibility of those with power, including myself, to take action and foster change through supporting organizations that center marginalized folx.
